Inspired in part by Henri Nouen’s concept of the “wounded healer,” Becoming Better Together is an attempt to show God’s compassion, God’s ‘chesed.’
This is a placeholder post. It will explain how the project attempts to combine Nouen’s “wounded healers” with the Hebrew’s concept of “chesed” as extending God’s lovingkindness and compassion to the homeless and other marginalized persons without being “preachy.”
