Walking the Tightrope
Finding a work/life balance is hard work. So hard that many of us never manage to do it.
Some of us are so lazy we are in danger of rusting away. Others are so driven they end up burning out.
Burn out or rust out ?
The only way to avoid both is to find and stay with a work/life balance that keeps you engaged with the world, but not so engaged that you lose yourself.
